Axia takes pride in our successful track record of serving Albertans with broadband Internet access. In 2014, we began investing in Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) infrastructure in rural Alberta, delivering speed of light connectivity to FibreTowns across the province.
On March 31, 2019, we reached an agreement with TELUS for it to acquire Axia’s FTTP business. An established Internet service provider in Western Canada, TELUS is well positioned to invest in technology and infrastructure to support Alberta customers going forward.
We thank you for the opportunity to serve you and look forward to a smooth transition to your new provider TELUS.
